Line and Load Amplitude Regulation is maintained independent of load force and incoming line voltage variations. Through a closed-loop amplitude control, the amplitude regulation maintains output amplitude by correcting for fluctuations in line voltage and output power loading. Maintained within 1% to provide weld process consistency and shorter cycle times.
High Cycle Rate – The units can comfortably reach 225 welds per minute. The rate is dependent on application and control requirements.

This robust ultrasonic power supply will provide power to multiple Dukane designed probes for years of trouble free service. The iQ Series Ultrasonic Automation Ready Power Supply may be used as a stand-alone generator or can be used to interfaced with the Dukane Multi-Point Controller (MPC), to run spot weld or staking applications.
